Connecting and working with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct can exchange configured financial records with Constructable in either direction.

The connection can support:

• Project estimates and Budgets
• Prime and vendor invoices
• Commitments, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders
• Receipts from bills or GL activity

Sage configuration includes document types, cost-type mappings, GL accounts, retainage, department filters, and other choices specific to your accounting setup. Work with Constructable implementation staff to configure these settings.

After authorization, confirm that Budgets and contracts are syncing as expected before creating PCOs or invoices that depend on them.
