Procore financial transfer brings historical data into Constructable from an export. It is a one-time migration, not a live accounting connection.

Best for: Customers migrating historical project data · Requires: A coordinated Constructable implementation.

Supported migration data can include:

  • Commitments and SOV lines
  • Change Orders and line items
  • Billing Periods
  • Invoice submissions and lines
  • Invoice attachments
  • Payment-related lines

Important limitations can include:

  • Change Orders associated with multiple Change Events are not supported.
  • Purchase Orders import as Commitments.
  • Void or terminated Commitments and COs are skipped.
  • Rejected COs are skipped.
  • Zero-dollar lines are skipped.
  • Multiple Commitments from the same vendor on one project are not supported.

Review the migration validation report before treating imported balances as complete. Changes made later in Procore do not continue syncing to Constructable.
