Open View Log from the Budget options, then filter by date range and review activity from budget changes, Commitments, Change Orders, and overrides. This can help you trace an unexpected value back to the change that produced it.
Use Download as CSV for analysis and reconciliation. Use Download as PDF for a readable snapshot. An export reflects the report and options at the time it was generated; create a new export after the underlying records change.
The activity log supports investigation but does not replace signed contract documents, approved invoices, or the accounting system's audit history.
