On mobile or native layouts, you can generally:
- Open financial indexes and records
- Review contract, change, invoice, and Receipt details
- Submit or approve supported invoices when permitted
- Add a Receipt
- Open compact action menus
Use desktop web for:

- Dense Budget Report analysis
- Detailed Payment Application customization
- Side-by-side browser workflows for generated documents; native can open supported files through the device browser

Mobile layouts may show fewer pinned columns or place actions in an ellipsis menu. If you cannot find a control, check platform support and permissions before assuming the record is locked.
