Understanding accounting sync, record links, statuses, and reauthorization

Accounting integrations connect supported Constructable records with QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct, reducing duplicate entry for configured workflows.

Each configured sync has its own direction, start date, and rules for creating, updating, or deleting records. Connecting an account does not mean every financial record will sync in both directions.

Constructable keeps a link between its record and the matching accounting record. Common statuses include:

• Pending
• Linked
• Synced
• Suppressed
• Error
• Retired
• Unlinked

An Auth Error means authorization must be renewed before data can be retrieved or synced. Do not disconnect, recreate records, or manually duplicate transactions until the existing links have been reviewed.
